Reservations

To confirm a reservation, our guests must send proof of payment and the following information:

Payment Methods, Reservations, Rentals, and Security Deposits

To reserve one of our properties, we require a reservation confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. The remaining amount will be charged at check-in, before entry to the property. Payment, corresponding to 50% of the reservation, can be made by PIX (Brazilian Social Security Number), bank transfer/deposit, credit card, or cash at our office.

In order to process your payment, we always require confirmation of the transfer via email.

Your reservation will be confirmed once the TRIPHOMES reservations department sends a confirmation email.

If, for any reason beyond our control, the rental property is no longer available, we offer our guests the option of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.

Check-in

Check-in time: Standard 3:00 PM, flexible between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Guests are required to inform us of their arrival time and contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot be completed. During check-in, guests must call our check-in department (+55 79) 998853440 up to thirty minutes before their arrival at the property. After receiving the call, one of our staff members will meet the guest at the entrance of the reserved property.

For check-ins between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, the previous day's rent must be paid.

Check-out

Check-out time: Standard 11:00 AM, flexible between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

A TRIP HOMES staff member will meet the guest at their property (the time will be previously scheduled in the rental agreement) to inspect the property, receive the keys, and collect any additional fees (electricity and water).

If the property is available and the guest wishes to leave only between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, a late check-out fee of 50% of the daily rent is required. This amount must be paid at check-in.

For check-outs between 6:00 PM and 9:00 AM, we charge the next day's rent. If the guest fails to check out at the agreed time, after a 30-minute grace period, a fine of 100 Reais will be charged if the guest leaves before 12:00 PM. After 12:00 PM, the amount charged will be the equivalent of a full night's stay.

Cancellation and Reservation Changes

In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of the rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the property early. Changes to reservation dates will only be permitted upon written confirmation from TRIP HOMES.

TRIP HOMES reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of amounts paid by the guest, if any of the following occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum number set forth on our website, disturbance of the peace and/or violation of condominium rules, hosting parties without our permission, consumption of illicit drugs, failure to pay the full rent or security deposit.

If the reserved property has an internet or cable TV connection, TRIP HOMES is not responsible for any connectivity issues or inconveniences resulting from them. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In the event of problems or disruptions with internet connectivity or TV signal, the rental payment will not be refunded.

Responsibilities and Obligations of Our Guests

The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they rented, as well as for any items belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The guest, all property occupants, and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium management for non-compliance with these rules will be immediately paid by the guest. These fines may also lead to premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund.

Visitors

Some condominiums do not allow visitors. Please contact us before making any reservations where visitors are expected so we can provide a more suitable property.

Some reservations do not include electricity and gas consumption; please check your rental agreement. If electricity is charged, the guest must pay the corresponding bills.
