Reservations
To validate a reservation, our customers must send proof of payment and the following information:

Identity number or Passport number
CPF Number (Only for Brazilians)
Address / Neighborhood / City / Zip Code
Telephone
E-mail
Date and Time of entrance in the property
Check-out date and time
Forms of Payment, Reservations, Rent and Security Deposit
To reserve one of our properties, we require a booking confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rental price. The rest of the rent will be charged by the time you check in, before you enter the property.
The payment, for the 50% of the reservation, can be made by PIX, bank transfer/deposit, credit card, or cash payment at our office.
In order for us to allocate your payment, we always require a confirmation of the transfer via e-mail.
Your reservation will be validated as soon as the TRIPHOMES reservations department sends you a confirmation e-mail.
If, for any reason beyond our control, the rental property is no longer available, we offer our clients the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.
Check-in
Check-in time: Standard 3pm, flexible between 8am and 6pm
The customer is required to inform us of the time of his arrival and give us his contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot take place. For the check-in process, the customer must call our check-in department, (+ 55 79) 998853440, at least thirty minutes before his or her arrival at the property. After receiving the call, one of our staff will wait for the guest at the entrance of the booked property.
For check-ins between 10 pm and 6 am, the equivalent rent must be paid for the previous day.
Check-out
Check-out time: Standard 11am, flexible between 8am and 6pm
A TRIP HOMES employee will meet the client at his property (the time will be previously scheduled in the rental contract) in order to examine the property, receive the keys and collect the extra fees (energy and water).
If the property is available and the customer wishes to check out only between 8am and 6pm, we require a late check-out fee of 50% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid at the entrance.
For check-outs between 18h and 09h, we charge the equivalent rent for the next day. If the client does not check-out at the agreed time, after a 30 minute grace period, a fine of 100 Reais will be charged, if this check-out is before 12pm. After 12 noon, the amount charged will be the equivalent of a full day's stay.
Cancellation and reservation changes
In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of the rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the property before the deadline. Changes in reservation dates will only be allowed upon written confirmation from TRIP HOMES.
TRIP HOMES has the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, if one of the following cases occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and/or violation of the rules of the condominium, organization of parties without our permission, consumption of illegal drugs, lack of full payment of rent or security deposit.
If the reserved property has internet or cable TV connection, TRIP HOMES assumes no responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences resulting from these. These services are provided by telecommunication companies and are beyond our control. In the event of problems and disturbances with Internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of the rental payment.
Responsibilities and obligations of our guests
The guest assumes full responsibility for the property he/she has rented as well as for any item belonging to the condominium. The same is applicable for other residents and visitors. The client and all occupants of the property and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and rules of the condominium. Fines imposed by the condominium management for non-compliance with the rules will be paid immediately by the customer. In addition they may also lead to premature termination of the rental contract without any refund.
Visitors
There are condominiums that do not allow visitors. Please contact us before making any reservations where visitors are expected, so that we can provide a more suitable property.
