Two Rustic Houses with High Standard Furnishings - Praia dos Carneiros, Pernambuco
Located on the seafront of the enchanting Praia dos Carneiros, this exclusive residential complex offers a unique accommodation experience, combining comfort, structure and charm in a property made up of two independent rustic-style houses with high standard furnishings. Ideal for large families, groups or long-term retreats, the space has been carefully planned to provide memorable moments with sea views and total integration with the surrounding nature.
At the entrance, the property has two garages - one for up to four cars and the other with capacity for two vehicles - facilitating access for guests and welcoming them into a wooded and welcoming environment. The gardens harmoniously connect the two residences, both of which have complete leisure areas, including sofas, hammocks, showers, sun loungers, large tables and verandas equipped for outdoor meals and get-togethers.
The first house, with its privileged sea view, is the heart of the property. Its outdoor area is home to a modern L-shaped swimming pool with accessibility railings, a futmesa, hammocks and several tables with chairs for up to 20 people. Inside, the air-conditioned living room has three sofas, armchairs, a 40-inch TV, coffee and dining tables, as well as a wine fridge, coffee maker and rustic-style decorative objects. The fully equipped kitchen has two refrigerators, a freezer, a five-burner stove, an airfryer, a blender and a sandwich maker.
In the bedroom area of the main house, there are five bedrooms, three of which are suites and two additional bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with three-door closets. Two of the suites have a seafront balcony with a hammock or outdoor table. One of the rooms has three double beds with auxiliary beds, accommodating up to nine people. All the bathrooms have glass shower cubicles, heated showers, vertical or horizontal mirrors and modern crockery. A corridor with a built-in closet, decorative pictures and a guest toilet complements the circulation between the rooms.
The second house, equally cozy and integrated into the landscaping, has a gourmet area with a masonry barbecue, an American barbecue, a masonry bench with a stone top, a sink with a basin and a set of tables and sofas for integration. Inside, the air-conditioned living room has a 50-inch TV, sofa, armchair with footrest, wooden chest of drawers, iron chandelier and round dining table with 8 chairs. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, 5-burner stove, airfryer, microwave, water dispenser with filter and blender.
In the bedroom area of the second house, there are four bedrooms, two suites and two additional bedrooms, all air-conditioned. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed, vertical mirror and closet with drawers. The master suite has a minibar, baby crib, chest of drawers, 50" TV and refined decor. The bathrooms are finished to a high standard with glass shower enclosures, modern tubs, heated showers and vertical mirrors. The unit's laundry room has two washing machines, one of which is a washer-dryer.
With a setting that emphasizes the rustic-prairie style and hand-picked decorative pieces, this property combines the comfort of contemporary life with the charm of one of Brazil's most beautiful and unspoiled beaches, surrounded by coconut palms, calm seas and stunning natural landscapes.
