This residence was designed to experience Morro de São Paulo from a new perspective: waking up to the sound of the waves and falling asleep to the moon's reflection on the sea. With a panoramic view of Second Beach, the property combines contemporary architecture, comfort, and total integration with nature, offering a high-quality stay and unique experiences.

Floor 1 – Social Areas, Suite 1, and Leisure Area

Integrated Kitchen: Open concept with dining room and ocean-view balcony. Light porcelain flooring, gray granite countertops, and white cabinets. Equipped with Electrolux and Brastemp refrigerators, a 5-burner oven and cooktop, a range hood, a microwave, a blender, a sandwich maker, and all utensils.

Dining Room: Round solid wood table for 10 people, integrated into the glass-enclosed balcony with direct views of the ocean and Second Beach. Multifunctional Living Room: Two sofa beds with trundle beds (sleeps up to 4 guests), TV, and natural cross-ventilation.

Guest Bathroom: Fully equipped with granite countertops, glass shower enclosure, and white tile finishes.

Suite 1: Double bed, integrated balcony with ocean view, Split Confee air conditioning, wardrobe, and private bathroom with a vanity sink and full-length mirror.

Outdoor Area: Wooden deck with a pool lined with blue tiles, stainless steel shower, and gourmet area with an L-shaped countertop, barbecue, and panoramic views of the Second Beach.

Floor 2 – Superior Suites (Full Ocean and Second Beach View)

Accessed by a concrete spiral staircase with wooden railings. On this level, five independent suites offer one of the most beautiful views in the region—the open ocean and the vibrant Second Beach of Morro de São Paulo.

• Suite 2: Social area with a kitchenette and separate master bedroom. Sleeps 4 guests. • Suite 3: Double bed and additional single bed, balcony with table and chairs overlooking Second Beach.

• Suite 4: Private balcony with panoramic views, fully equipped kitchenette, and handcrafted decor. Sleeps 2 guests.

• Suite 5: Two single beds (one with a trundle bed), partial ocean view, and beachy decor.

• Suite 6: Double bed with frontal views of the open ocean and Second Beach, work desk, and built-in wardrobe.

Total floor capacity: up to 14 guests.
